Why the fuck does Kirk Herbstreit, official Buckeye Cheerleader, get assigned to provide color on all nationally televised OSU games?

This guy lives in Columbus and has a local radio show devoted exclusively to Ohio St football.  He knows the intimate details about the fucking water boy on the Buckeye sideline, and spends the majority of the time telling the national TV audience about it.

I feel bad for Oregon fans.  They get to hear Herbstreit contain his enthusiasm about as well as my 8 year old trying to get to sleep on Christmas Eve, and if that isn't bad enough, they get Brent 'Whoooaaa Buckeye' Musberger providing play by play.

The same reason Craig James was assigned to Texas Tech games and used that very thing as reason Leach should start his kid. He then took his demands to the next level, and now Leach has no job.

ESPN is fair and balanced.
